Exercise with me

Any body that knows me knows I am obsessed with exercise. It isn't something I do because I want to loose weight I do it because its fun and it keeps me fit and healthy. Here are some simple easy circuits which can be done any time even if you are squeezing it in before shifts/work. Put on your playlist and go for as long as you want. By exercising it doesn't mean you will be healthy instantly it has to be worked at and by eating healthily at the same time will increase the level of fitness into your lives.

These workouts are for the legs and butt and can be repeated up to 3 times.

Workout 1:
20 squats
30 lunges
40 calf raises
50 second wall sit
100 jumping jacks (star jumps)
50 second wall sit
40 sumo squats
30 leg raises
20 squats

Workout 2:
30 jumping jacks
20 lunges
10 squats
10 plie squats
20 side lunges
20 glute kickbacks
15 short bridges
10 side leg circles
20 glute kickback
15 squats
10 plie squats
20 jumping jacks
